Can I get a gif of Charlie Brown with that rain cloud following him around? That would suit the occasion

You're still here but you're so sleepy!

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Ten minutes of fame…on an internet forum. If that even registered as a thought in my mind, I would be you. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

I set em up, you knock em down. This is impressive.

I plan on reincarnation and eventual ascension so I feel like if I die tripping balls, I might be reborn as a baby tripping balls and I don't know if that's cool? Is that cool? Not for the mama!

The gravy covers everything, right? I hope so.

Oh man, such a good comeback from before INTERNET HIGH FIVE

Can we split an oz of mushrooms? I got like at least $100 on it…. Wait that actually might be super terrifying.

O RLY owl agrees. This is not that serious. BACK TO FOODZ. Side note, death row means you don't get to switch out a meal for hanging out with your loved ones instead CMON NOW!! Follow the rules!! It's practically written in my thread guidelines!

Breaded chicken cutlet is life. I put mine over arugula with lemon and olive oil these days. With a little parm. drool.

I feel like pizza makes it totally unfair somehow. Like pizza is magic food that no other food can beat? But thank god it finally showed up on the thread.

You should totally tell your husband you said that today. It made me feel a little squishy huggy just reading it

THANK YOU I totally forgot the booze. I'll take a Stoli and pineapple on one side and a glass of champagne on the other

I was always a salt person. And a bread person. But I never actually struggled with weight so I was like hm whatever who cares how much or how often I eat. When I started tracking for wellness I was like oh my god, I'm also consuming SO MUCH SUGAR too. It's WILD. And then I started noticing that I would stop at a bodega…

Side note: I thought I had a sophisticated palate until I realized this was what I really wanted.

Hi Carey! My husband is in the same boat as you, it's really a tough road when you have a bad back...seems to really come down to watching the diet. Sending FR :flowerforyou: You're back and that's awesome

I wouldn't wanna go either! I find that the more my day is structured and scheduled, the easier it is for me to be 'in the zone.' Maybe set an alarm at 9am, make the gym an appointment in all senses of the word. It's in the calendar, it's an obligation, its at a set time. Don't forget, lots of people have zero free time…

OP, research is always welcome in my book! It's the best way to get to the body and mind you want. I agree, unclear labeling on food items is pretty shady, whether or not it's considered common knowledge. If there is an INGREDIENTS LIST on bottled water why isn't this info on a packet of Splenda? Sharing can get dangerous…

I make a sort of cappuchino in the morning with protein powder added. Then at some point in the day I have a chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar (which at first I was like MEHHHHH it's OK….but now I crave?) They both fit my calories/make me feel full/satisfy my sweet tooth. Do a little research on ingredients, then do…

Fellow salt fiend. My husband loves my cooking, yet when I dip my hand in the salt bowl he's like DON'T DO THAT TO MY FOOD PLEASE because I salt my dishes about 4 times before I eat it. So I'm now really seeing how excessive I am with it. I have low blood pressure too and I would love to see what fellow MFP folks…
