Nice work!! I am jealous that your results are so noticeable! I am 150lbs with 15lb to lose so when I do the shred my results don't show as much. Keep it up!! I found the best part of doing the shred was just how much better I felt about myself being active and that every day I would feel a bit tighter.

I've done level 1 and 2 back to back and level 1 twice in a row before when I felt I needed to work a little harder and a bit longer. Well done!! I also eat not the suggested serving--but my cravings serving of 1-2 cups at a time. You got me crazing raisin bran. LOL. When my husband gets called out to work in the night I am well known for getting up to grab a cookie...BAD. I no longer bake because of this. Haha.

If I were you I would try Body Revolution. What I do is Body Revolution and a short 15 minute INTENSE cardio workout I found on youtube.

Hi :) I am on week two tomorrow. As I feel I am not getting as much of a work out as I would like (Haha, yeah I know I will regret saying that later on in the BR) I am adding cardio, and doing the 30DS some days.
