deduction. "drinking juice throughout the day" (insinuating day time) and then mentions dinner in the subsequent section as if to modify the first statement. The only confusing aspect of the grammar is the use of the word then. If she used "and" we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Honestly, you all are flipping out because it's trendy to flip out. There's literally zero wrong with - in a short time frame - juicing during the day and eating at night. If it's something that helps the OP feel and be more successful, where's the harm? Someone - tell me what harm could possibly befall someone for juicing…
