I'm sure this condition exists, but vegans, paleo, or any other specific diet follower is not inherently orthorexic simply because they don't follow IIFYM. :smile:

which is the point. over time eating just the nutrient-dense foods would leave you healthier, while eating the same number of cals from nutrient-deficient foods could leave you with health problems, bad skin/nails/hair/etc. health =/= weight
