Yeah I'm not used to it either, I'm a large sack of potatoes lol. I haven't done any real exercise in years, not counting the 3 to 5 days I signed up for a years worth of gym and never went after that first week lol. But insanity is making me do more push up's, breathe less heavily and I love the feeling :)

I did not complete 2 days of insanity and yesterday was my day off. So in total I've had 3 days of rest and fun. Today is my day back. My diet and exercise will be on point. Grind time. This is my fifth week which I believe is considered rest week. So after this week, it's Month 2. Can't wait till I see my results after.…

By the way, which insanity workout do you hate the most/dislike the least for whatever reason? For me it's a tie between cardio recovery because I find it boring and pure cardio and cardio abs because it's the longest.

Congrats on making it so far with Insanity. It's so damn intense and hard but rewarding. I can't wait till I check my results at the end. I did measure myself with tape on my first day and will only measure when I'm done month 2. I will however check my weight biweekly.

Depending on the day and my exercise for that day, I drink up to 12 cups of water. I drink most of it during my exercise, followed by meals. I haven't had a sugary drink in almost a month so it's water water water, and I don't mind it actually lol.

Well I've noticed that I can do more pushups in the three weeks. This is embarrassing but I can do 8 push up's without taking a break. Three weeks ago, I could only do 2. Wow congrats. It's been a month for you. Hope ur seeing results. Today is day 5 of week 3 for me. My back still hurts a little but I'm still going to do the workout. I really hope my results are as great as the ones on tv lol

2 days ago the pain was like a 7 out of a scale of 10. Right now it's a 3. I think it's healing so I'm continuing but thanks for the advice everyone.

Just finished cardio recovery even though my back hurts a little bit. I hate stretching because it's so boring but I'm glad it was today so my back can heal for tomorrow's workout. Hope everyone else is doing well also

I know but I can't let a small injury keep me from my dream body. I've tried a million times to get skinny and feel good but it never worked. I've even quit doing insanity twice in the past. Right now I seem to be committed and have the time so I have to push through it, pain or no pain I will not skip a day.
