Starting BBG today! - Will start with the pre-training workout to avoid any possible injury. Hope I can hear back from you all any feedbacks :) what LISS workouts are you guys doing? Is anyone doing swimming for their LISS?

Hey you all! I'm starting BBG today :) Although I do pilates 2-3 times per week, I'll start with the pre-training just to be safe and be able to finish the whole 4 + 12 weeks. Although I do have a question: what kind of "warm up" are you supposed to do and for how long? Add me if you want, a work out buddy would be great…

I just started today! I couldn't believe how unfit i was :-S I hope i can keep up... even though it's just 25 min, by min 10 i was already doing just the modifier.

Hi! I just started using MFP and will start kickboxing after my trip... I shall take my measurements to see if I have made any kind of improvements. After reading all the posts, I'm already motivated!
