Make some black bean burritos or quesadilla. Just a tortilla, black beans and a little cheese. Top with salsa.

1 banana 1/4 c canned pumpkin 1 small container yogurt 1/2 c milk Ice Blend together.

To get my water I started by getting a 16 ounce glass. Fill it up to the top and drink it4 times a day. First thing in the morning. Right before lunch. When I get home from work. And right after exercise. It has it made it much easier I don't care to drink water but doing it this way I am able to do it.

All traditionals today. Ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, dressing, devil eggs, baked beans, scalloped corn, and peas. Going to taste the all but only a little of each. Not sure how to log today as will taste of a lot of different things. So just doing a generic entry. It is cooking now and smells delicious.

I am cooking chicken and dumplings in mine now. Very simple 1 boneless chicken breast 1/2 c cream chicken soup 2/3 c frozen green beans Seasonings to your taste Cook on high about 4 hours. Add in one refrigerator canned biscuit. Cut in small pieces. If needed add a litlle water or chicken borth if you want. Cook another…

Wow you are organized. I have a basic plan for my meals for the week, but no where close to you. I am trying to do better and use my crock pot more to help plan and stay on track
