I finished my first week of two-a-days and I feel great! I hope that I can keep it up and start to see some results!!

OMG do you play derby?? I did for a while but got hurt & haven't put my skates on in a year. I really miss it & my derby sisters!

I am game. Started adding additional exercise in the mornings & additional runs on the weekend on top of my 3 days of fitness bootcamp. So I will have at least 3 2-a-days a week. I am however currently working to find the right morning exercises. Gotta find the right thing for 5 am so I don't do it for a week and give up!…

Congrats! You look awesome.

I never thought about that. I have been doing Fitness bootcamp at work for the past year & half. Maybe its time to add something else to it. I can't give up bootcamp because I am addicted to it! But I can exercise more.

Awesome story.....so happy that this young man got his reality check and did something about it. It also proves that there are some really decent people left in the world! Kudos to them all!!

This is me too!! I seem to lose the same 5 to 6 pounds over and over and over. :( It is very frustrating but I refuse to just give up. One day I hope to break the barrier and get past this cycle. Until then I keep plugging along!

My Hubby is just like this....I thought I was the only one! Now I don't feel as bad~~ I thought I was torturing him ! I still can't get him to exercise! But I keep trying!

Yes I am seeing some success! YAY!! I have re-lost about 6 lbs that I seem to have regain over and over. Hoping that I have crossed some sort of barrier and can continue to lose and not regain any weight. ~~fingers crossed~~

My June goal is to break out of the 150's that I have been stuck in forever!! I started the bad habit of not tracking everything...so I plan to track everything that I put in my mouth starting NOW. I also plan on adding morning exercises to my routine. I am so tired being stuck at this same weight!! I am VERY…

Congratulations----you look awesome!!

My problem is the opposite.......I am going down in clothes sizes but the scales haven't seemed to move. Just as frustrating!! I just don't understand it. I have been a member of MFP for almost a year and a half and have only lost 15 lbs. I have lost several pant sizes but I need the scale to move! :grumble:

I have also found this to be very true. Increasing my protein has really helped curb my appetite. I do feel your pain---learning to control the hunger beast is probably the hardest part of this journey for me. Good luck, I hope you find something that works for you.

I am currently 150.2 lbs and am finally in a size 8. It has taken me forever to get here and I still have a long way to go!! :ohwell: Good luck on your journey!!

I have heard great things about the shakes and have several friends who have had awesome success. I am currently using a protein powder and counting calories here on MFP. When I discussed this with my friend who sells them, he pointed out that the protein shakes are good but they are whey protein and alot of people have…

OMG...this is one of the best NSVs I have read! Congrats on being a "hot" mom!!

I have been on MPF for over a year and stuck at 15lbs weight loss. It looks like we are similar in weight & sizes. I have recently uped my protein intake but am keeping it at 1200 calories per day. I am having some improvement but not like yours. Can you give me some pointers on how you upped your calorie intake--did you…

Very sad! I am running on Saturday and I will be doing so remembering Sherry. Thanks for posting!

I have this same problem. My friend mentioned to me this weekend that her weekly weigh in day is on Monday morning. She said she did that on purpose so she won't go overboard on the weekends. This might be just enough to make me control myself on the weekends.....I hope!

Stupidity running rampant.....is what this is!!

Hi Becca! I am a medium build I currently weigh 150.2 lbs and wear a size 10. My 12's still fit but look big (YAY) I want to be anywhere in the 140's but the lower side of the weight range would make be happier. I would LOVE to be in the 130 weight range but it has taken be forever to lose weight so I am not sure if I will…
