I have several DVDs and I alternate between them. It really works, I can feel my core muscles after I do it for at least a couple of days. Lately I kind of fell out of the routine though, so, talking with this group hopefully will motivate me to get back on track.

I think something like pilates is good, it's on the floor and builds strength to the core of your body. But be careful and don't overdo it, especially if it does not feel right, modify to make it less strenuous, or don't do the certain moves, like with any exercise in your condition. hope it helps a bit.
