It's a 5K...you can run now...at least a mile....that's 1/3 of the way..just go out and see what you can do. Use it as your measuring stick for the next one. No one out there is going to say anything if you end up walking. I am doing mine on Oct 27th.

I quit smoking and had to do something with my hands...so food was the easy choice I was not educated enough to understand the calories in calories out concept And when I initially learned about calories in calories out concept was too lazy to track it properly

Understanding this is a lifestyle change should help you know that two days will not ruin anything. Make modifications for the next week to offset what you did for the past two days...or brush it off all together and readjust! Slow and steady wins the race.
