losing weight is going to help I know! poor feet having to tote around this 200+# ! and my shoes are new. and I have custom orthotics. I hate stretching, but I'm going to try it! will definitely look into the strutz! Thanks!

thanks everyone! and i wear good supportive shoes. I'm going to try stretching today. i told the hubby last night that i didn't want to do any damage, but if it doesn't start easing up this week, I'm calling the dr.

thanks for the answers. I work in the accounting field and spreadsheets all day - and macros to me are functions in spreadsheets. my first week I lost 9 pounds. it know it was fluid - and I switched from lots of diet dr pepper to just water and tea. 2nd week was only 1.

i wear spandex (not quite as heavy and tight as spanx) that you can get at Academy for about $10-15. i'm not even close to my goal, but i've always worn them so my thighs don't rub together and get chaffed. they are kinda like biking shorts. i don't go anywhere without my spandex!

today was the first time I've heard of it. I can see where it would help you eat less, especially when going out or when you know there will be lots of food that you want! however, I can't stand tight! my spandex shorts are about all I can stand! we'll see if this becomes a legit thing! thanks for the comments!
