You can do it! Sometimes it's hard, and not really fun, but it's worth it! I got down to my goal weight using MFP a couple of years ago, but then I got lazy and gained it all back. So here I am again, hoping to get down to that magic number and keep it off this time!

My husband is much thinner on top than you are, I think it's sexy when it's buzzed super short. I usually do it for him with the clippers and use the blending (smallest) attachment. Good luck with whatever you decide! :)

I have the same problem, the only thing that has really seemed to make a difference for me so far is push ups, unfortunately I HATE them, but there it is!

I haven't cut out anything, but I have cut way back on some things, chips and fries for instance. I have also worked on adding more good things, greek yogurt and lots more fruits and veggies for example. I think to tell yourself you can't have stuff you love is setting yourself up for failure. I upped my calories from 1200 to 1450. I did have a little bit a weight gain right away, which scared me and I almost stopped, but I stayed with it and lost it and more after a couple of weeks. It's a slow and sometimes very frustrating process, but stay with it! Good luck!!

41 here. Two goals; Trying to balance all the cravings I've had since my 20's with the slower metabolism of my 40's (I'm getting there, slowly, but surely) and becoming friends with weights and exercising...that one has it's ups and downs. :)

I'm an army brat who moved around while growing up, it was always coke (no matter what it was) or soda until I moved to Wisconsin, now it's pop. They also call drinking fountains "bubblers" and they "itch a scratch", instead of "scratch an itch"...that one drives me crazy! :)

I'm not on the pill, but when I changed my diet and stared exercising more my cycles kept coming earlier and earlier. They seem to have evened out though now, and have been regular the last 2 or 3 months.

I'm biased since I don't want you guys to move, but Matt did 50 min commute to Black River falls for a year and hated it after a while. He felt like he was never home. And did I mention I don't want you guys to move...EVER!!!!! ;)
