Very intense workout with trainer yesterday. Had to walk out of training room after 2nd circuit just to catch my breath - finished up the 3rd circuit. Told my trainer he was horribly mean. Came home and died. Feel GREAT this morning! Hope everyone has an awesome day! Sassy!

Had a great day! Friend that is getting married and merging households gave us a sofa, chair and some tables that we needed. Work was good and we had hawaiian plate lunch for dinner - and though that put me 45 calories over for the day - I am still significantly under for the week. Feeling good about my plan!

Under net calories - 32 mins on the treadmill, 30 mins treading water. Scale not moving but I feel SO much better and my body is morphing! I'll take it! Happy Friday all!

First - WOW - Congratulations! Second - I worked with a guy who was a fitness trainer - he only ate one meal a day at lunch time and was in amazing shape. I am not sure I could do it but if it works for you then go for it!

Two things I have noticed since tracking and working out the last 3 weeks: More energy and much less time sitting on the sofa watching NCIS, Bones, & Big Bang Theory! Feeling great! (and sore!)

I was measured by the fitness manager at my gym last week and will be measured after 12 training sessions - so around the end of May. So that is 7 weeks or so.
