Yes I do. It works well for me. I train & track 3 weeks, followed by easy week and an extra snack in the evening. Not much thought, about 200 calories for the 5 days ahead of period.

whatever works for your. If it's not working - change it. I do it daily on and off, and when done daily I tend to lose little. Now in maintenance, not as important but still do it once weekly

I see why would they make the change. If you like counting - calorie counting is the easiest, most flexible with apps as MFP accessible for free. Other methods are left trying to cater for people that want to do as little counting as possible.

I agree with sijomial, track, monitor and adjust based on results. It was accurate for me but I use fitbit and it's syncing. Meaning MFP alone would have underestimate my daily burn
