RIght now I am doing P90X and am in my third week. Prior to that I did boot camp classes 3 x a week but found it expensive and difficult to make it to the gym as the classes were from 6 to 7 and 20 minutes from my house. When I am done with this work out routine I'm going to do the 30-day shred and then back to P90X again…

I am intrigued by your no calorie count day - so you have a day you eat whatever you want? Are you losing weight doing that? Just curious. I would love to have one of those days! LOL

What is the 30-day shred? I am doing P90X with the fat shredder diet but I am assuming that is not the same - Can someone enlighten me?

I am the same! Sweets and chocolate are my downfall! I have been doing P90X and on week 3 now - along with the diet plan. What has worked for me to keep my cravings down is the P90X protein bars (chocolate peanut butter or chocolate fudge). Or I do a Shakeology in chocolate as a meal replacement.
