Ok well - *shrug* five bajillion charts and articles say otherwise. And yeah, muscle weighs more than fat. Which is one of the reasons BMI is not the best measurement of fitness or health.

140 puts a 5' 3" woman at a normal BMI. I don't place a large amount of importance on that standard any more, but still - don't put me back into the overweight category plz. o_0

I don't think it's that big of a deal. You decide to attempt something new, make a big change or grow a little when you're ready. ;) I made my resolutions back in September.

If my skin gets really dry I'll dab a little bit of olive oil on it before bed. I don't get acne, ever, so.. to exfoliate I mix sugar and milk, and gently rub that on, than rinse with ice cold water. I use walmart's equate brand anti wrinkle face cream, that works really well. And a generic brand acne med (salicylic acid)…

Gonna be 43 in March. Could always use some support - and yeah, this is a different time, totally. I'm trying to lose fat, while building muscle - and for the first time, too much cardio = muscle loss for me. Really challenging!

I can't go days... If I take a one-day break I'm kind of nuts. But exercise is helping me w/ recovery. Just passed 100 days of sobriety a week ago. So I don't mind working out every day - it's better than doing something else. ;)
