i just started cycling, two low carb days a week. seems to be working so far. intense exercise just is not possible on low carb days, at least for me. not enough gas in the tank.

How long have you been"stuck"? Do you tend to eat the same kinds of foods regularly? maybe you need to "shock" your system with different foods and different exercise. Good luck, and keep your chin up!

i agree with the previous comment about your liver not taking it well. The other very real concern is that if you take pain killers or asperin BEFORE a workout, you won't be aware of any potential injury signals you body sends your brain... i.e. pain. This makes serious injury a real possibility.
