I am looking to start it tomorrow for at least a week. I may commit to longer if I see some results. This week I am staying at work and thought that it would be a good opportunity to try it out.

Thanks! I was using the telephone poles as my guides. Walk 2-3 poles, Run 3-4 poles. Next time I'll have to time it.
