I find it near impossible to get a workout in on the weekends. Which "classes" of the 21 Day Fix program would be best for doubling up on Tuesdays and Thursdays?

Walk-Run Intervals
How do you log walk-run intervals into the MFP database? When I put in "Running - Interval Training" it is way less calories than a brisk walk, why is that? Shouldn't I be burning more calories?

How much exercise per week is recommended for weight loss?
How many hours of exercise should a person be doing during the week for effective weightless? I currently am doing an hour of (usually) boot camp style classes a day, 5-6 days a week, but am uncertain if I should be forcing my body to work harder or if I am setting my sights to low. Any advice is highly appreciated
