You could do punches as in the cardio work that jillian michaels does in her 30 day shred. Basically all you do is gett in a wide squat like stance *not super deep* and the punch across the body to the opposite side. Do it hard and fast and let your anger out and that will get your heart racing and hopefully would help you…
