Hello I have this problem with shoulders and knees. Ok firstly something is better than nothing. If you only do 30 mins a few days a week that's better than doing 0mins. Don't tell yourself that the gym and working out has to be a massive gruel. I home made my own pizza once around 2.5 years ago. It was so dam good I have never had a shop bought pizza since. ^^ yea this. Sounds like you just need to tone up so I wouldn't worry about 'weight loss' per se (put the scales away!!) and just focus on hanging your body composition. Weirdly flour! I used to think my homemade pizzas were really good cause they were, well, homemade! Then I logged it on mfp and found the base alone to be nearly 400 cals. Then add topping. I used to have two!!
