my fav is portia - some of the other ones gave me crazy mood swings. It also gives me the most on time start and stop. Even with bc my period will fluctuate up to three days after i'm suppose to start or go for more than a week.

It can be if you make proper choices to fit your calories that you want to spend. I like a turkey or a veggie. There are lots of calories in the bread but it does help fill you up. I add all kinds of veggies and usually just do red vinegar instead of a dressing or mayo.

When It was discovered that I had graves (hyperthyroidism) I lost a lot of weight was starving eating everything in sight and losing up to 10 lbs a week. My first thought is order off the kids menu! get a burger and side from the kids meals so it will be closer to a normal burger.
