I’m in a similar place except for I’m turning 40 next year! I also would like to lose about 100lbs overall but am starting with a smaller goal of 25lbs and then going from there. We got this! 💃🏻

You got this! I’m recently back on MFP because I’m also trying to get healthy again after a big weight loss a few years ago and then gaining it all back during Covid. It’s frustrating! Congrats on your recommitment to your health journey!

Overnight oats! You put them together at night in a small jar or whatever, and then just grab and go in the morning! Here's a link with a really great basic recipe that you can customize and add your own flavors. I usually add some mashed banana and peanut butter. Sometimes even some cocoa. Super good and easy!…
