116.4 as of yesterday. I have a desk job so I sit most of the day. 3 times a week I go to the fitness center and do 20-30 min of cardio and then 15 min of strength training. In the evening I am shuttling kids to their activities.

I too get migrains (ER type). I also started getting headaches while I worked out. DO IT! Everyone had to learn at some point. Do not let your fear stop you from getting to your goal. I know what you mean though, it is tough to be the new person but now I am very comfortable and have tried the new equipment too :) If they laugh now you can laugh at them when you are all toned and at your goal weight!

I am amazed at how many calories drinks can add. I drink water and tea (no calories). If drink coffee I add that in because it is 2 calories per cup + any additives I may use.

I satisfy my hunger with healthy choices, fruit and veggies. Now my salt cravings I pick nuts as they are more beneficial than potato chips. As for chocolate, well there is not getting around that, but I really limit myself and let it melt in my mouth. Hope that helps

I had the same question when I first started, today I read that I should be eating the the grams to what I what to weigh. In other words, I want to weigh 115 I should be eating no more than 115 grams of lean protein a day. Not sure how true that is but worth researching.
