    Ingredients:

    1 Pita/Flat Bread 6 1/2"
    3 Tbsp Marinara
    1/3 cup Frozen Spinach
    1/4 Cup Feta cheese, crumbled

    Cooking Instructions:

    Preheat oven 400F.
Defrost and drain 1/3 Cup of frozen Spinach.
Add 3 Tbsp marinara sauce to the flat bread.
Add 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, Further crumbling as you like it (gets messy), to flat bread
    Add Spinach to flat bread
Bake for 10-12 Minutes, longer = crispier, I recommend a pizza pan with holes in the bottom so the bottom gets cooked well.
Remove from oven and let sit for 1 Minute. Cut up and enjoy.

You can add other stuff as you like. This is similar to one with Chicken, But I'm not a big fan.

i also made a flat bread pizza tonight. i got one of the thin flat breads (sundried tomato flavored) and topped with 2 tsp of tomato sauce, a little garlic powder, turkey pepperoni, red onion, green onion, mushrooms and bell pepper...topped with a little shredded skim mozzarella. baked at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. so good!
