  • I weigh and log daily regardless if I lost or gained. Helps me to find patterns or learn what I have done over the last week, month so when I look back I can see where I was strong or where I was weak.
  • I weigh daily so I can see a trend and it gives me more motivation when you see it going down. Even if it is only 0.1lbs
  • How much salt/sodium are you eating? You could be retaining water
