That is a fantastic idea! I found that if you do half PB2 and half Peanut Flour the flavor is much closer to real peanut butter. I made a few changes here and there and got these down to 55 calories per bite :)

I love using Nevada Manna Sugar Free mini chocolate chips, especially for these since there's already the sweetness from the honey. :smile:

I use unsweetened coconut, but you can use sweetened if you wish!
