  • the key is to modify when needed. Like do'nt use your arms or step instead of jump. Just keep moving until you go through that workout again and all of a sudden you're like "hey, I'm jumping not stepping!" It's a good program for anyone, you just have to modify to your own abilities and just keep moving.
  • also, I'm 45 and had great results - I have muscles!
  • Good to know. I'll tell you - P90X is ADDICTING. I love love love Tony Horton and do'nt even turn off the volume when I do a workout that I've done a hundred times before. I just watch my calories and know that I can have a little extra based on my workout that day but if I keep at my…
  • I do'nt think any of their exercises are that accurate in the calorie burning area....I would go online and google it somewhere else then add it into your own diary. good luck and just keep lifting!
  • The protein definitely helps - and drink a lot of water too that will also help if you do get sore in the future. I'm like you and always expect to be a little sore after any workout as kind of a measurement on how hard I worked. How many workouts have you done? Maybe just push a little harder next time? I've done teh 30…
