I am getting into these Yogi brand teas - my two favorites are peach detox (caffeine free) and perfect energy (with caffeine). I have to add truvia (one pack to two tea bags). If I let it go in my mug and it gets cold, I just add ice cubes and continue. Try to break that diet "CHOKE" habit people!! Soooo bad for you. I…

Agree with all of the above - if you determine you are a midfoot striker (like me) ... I wear Brooks Ghost model and love them. I switched from Nike Air Shocks and what an improvement. You are doing this for you and for no one else. when I do my long runs on sunday it is basically my time for me - then i get back to the rat race.

The cold is a shock on my mouth, throat and lungs - at first and annoys me for the first 2 miles (maybe). Beyond that, I am settled and in it to win it. There are days when I run for time and there are…

Bananas are good - helps to prevent muscle cramps during exercise due to potassium content. If you are working out, it is a great pre-workout snack. It''s about all I can eat before a workout, otherwise I start to feel woosy and want to puke. Go for the banana. Sometimes I eat only half and then come back for the rest, so…
