I used old fashioned oats (serving size is on the box, but half cup Uncooked will make a full cup) I use any yogurt. Light Yoplait, Greek, whatever. You can buy granola, but I don't add that. my favorite is: I make the oats in the microwave, add 1 light Yoplait (90cal) in peach flavor and mix it all up. SO good. Sometimes…

Cheese Pizza New York style. I stay far away from it...if I can. I also give in to dark chocolate. Every time.

In my opinion... it's a personal decision. I just eat when I'm hungry and try to make the right choices. Do what works for you. :)

FOE! I cannot stand buying jeans at one store in say a size 4, then ordering online at another and it either being a size too big or small. I would like to see a standard size. I'm tired of guessing if I am a 2,4, or 6 when buying clothes. It either makes me so happy to know I gained 5 pounds yet fit in a 2, or lost 10 and…

I agree with nomnomnom.

I'd say take an intro class or have someone teach you form prior to starting. My husband does CF. He started with a trainer and it really helped him learn proper movements. He loves it. He was the type that had a set gym routine, and found it not working anymore... CF was perfect for a serious change and lots of hard work…

This post made me want some rice, baked potatoes and pasta.. I love carbs. I keep them moderate. Sweet potatoes are my fav, but I'd say just eat what gives you a "carb fix feeling" so you won't feel deprived

I've never had straight stevia. I noticed I was using a lot of splenda (coffee, baked goods. anything I wanted sweet) So, I decided to try Truvia today. I bought targets store brand because its like $2 for 40 packet box. It's pretty good. I did notice an after-taste, but it's not bad. I went the cheaper route incase I…

I'm not exactly what would fit your needs. I use splenda and recently started using truvia so I could still have "sugar". I buy all sugar free products when I can. The best way to eliminate high sugars are to eat veggies, fruits, nuts, whole grains, proteins. When I have too much fruit I go over. I moderate my fruit…

Sending a friend request. How about we refocus all that negative energy on a nice walk, or something calming. Then make a plan to get you back on track. This happens to everyone. It's painful and I know your situation cannot be easy. You need motivation and that's this site is for. :) There is no better time to start than…

Arc trainer. SO much better and easier on the knees. I love it. Second is the treadmill because I like to walk.

Precision Whey Protein Deluxe Chocolate Flavor 1 Scoop: 100 calories, 2 carbs, 18g protein, +calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Love it. It's a HUGE (5pounds or 80 ounces) tub and was like $40. I've been working on it for a year... lol I use half a scoop in my shake because I don't feel well w/ too much protein…

My sister used to work for a popular fitness company that did meal plans... They said that bananas had to be limited to like 1/2 of one per day, if that. I say THATS BANANAS. I eat one everyday. My protein shake would suck without it! I'm sure just as with anything, moderation is key. :)

Maybe not everyone goes in for a hug... but we do in my marriage. Pre-marriage counseling taught us that sometimes an argument that's getting heated can be stopped by simple hug. One person has to stop the anger, give a hug/kiss and say "lets calm down and talk about this, before it gets worse". It's not unrealistic to…

Mine is set as sedentary and If I am super active I eat a little more. It just depends.
-
That really depends. You aren't supposed to lose more than 2lb per week. So, it would be about 20 pounds. However, when you first get started you can lose a bit more because you're going to have a lot of water weight coming off. My best advice is to make a plan and stick to it. Try to make sure you eat at least 1200…

Minus the meat... I am in LOVE. Love eggs. Love salad. SO perfect. :) I'd throw in a ton of bell pepper. It's like a raw omelette. lol

My fav salad is about 200 calories. I add 1T Fat Free Feta, 1T craisins, 2T fat free croutons, 1 egg white, couple pieces of cucumber, sometimes bell pepper. I also use 2 cups spinach and about 1-2 of iceberg. It's huge and delicious. I use 2T fat free balsamic as dressing I also love Flat Out flat bread to make a wrap…

I used to have an iPhone and swore that when my upgrade came I'd get the 5... I then saw the S3 and compared them in store. S3 is amazing in comparison. It's hard to switch. But I could never change from Android now, and the s3 is awesome. Just check them both in store.

I went through the same thing before I had my daughter. It was horrible. I know that the psychological factor is horrible, and I also know that it can actually be painful to eat after not eating for so long. Are you able to plan out 3-6 meals per day that have a little protein, veggies, maybe a sweet potato too. Then when…
