I have been practicing Paleo (more on than off) for over a year. I currently have my settings at 10% carbs, 35% Protein, and 55% fat. I feel best when I stay in that range. It would only be Whole30 if you then melted your homemade butter down and removed the fat solids to make actual clarified butter.

nope...I think you should keep going strong! You are halfway there. If you can stick with the chicken broth and water and stay away from the juice you are still Whole30 compliant.
