I did tons of research and actually went with intermittent fasting. I fast for 18 hours and eat for 6. All my calories are consumed in those 6 hours. I eat very healthy, nutrient rich foods and never feel deprived. I am honestly not hungry until later in the day so it works for me. As for the rice... maybe just substitute…

I have the Garmin Vivosmart and absolutely love it!! I move so much more than I used to simply because it has a bar that times how long I have been still and reminds me to move... totally worth it!!

Yes, and body fat is down some. I just know at some point the scale has to go down... I cant be a fit toned 5 foot tall person and weigh 188 LOL
