OK, I have done reading and think I have figured out hat when you are strength training you lose inches and maybe not alot of pounds because you are building muscle and holding water for muscle recovery. Staying motivated
I find I am having trouble staying motivated. I have had a couple of bad eating day and I keep saying "tomorrow". What do you all do to get you over these humps? I have lost over 30 pounds so far and am working out 5-6 days a week. I just need some inspiration! Thanks!!
