I did level 2, day 1 and felt fine!!! I was afraid. It didnt hurt as much but thats what I thought on level 1. then by day 3 i wanted to quit. Keep going. we can do this!!!

I finished level 1 on sunday. Then I got sick. I never intended to take 3 days off. Its discouraging. Should I do a few more days of level 1 to get myself back in shape after being sick? Or get right to level 2?

I'm starting as soon as baby is in bed! I have 3 lb weights. How do I log this? I dont have a HRM so I dont know how much calories I burn.

I'm new here on MFP. I am on day 10 of my diet and I've lost 2.5 lbs. Its probably all water weight. I want to start working out. I found 30DS on youtube. If I start with that now, will I get scared off? I mean, is it too much too soon?
