lvl 1 day 4 completed last night. I'm starting to feel less sore, thank goodness! I also did 20 minutes of yoga aftwards to stretch more.0

I got the whole Jillian Micheals dvd collection today - so will be starting 30 DS this evening. Wish me luck!0

I'm a little late replying to this, but I'm going to start tonight. I bought the DVD several months ago. I did it one day two weeks ago, but the weights I used were too heavy and I could barely straighten my arms for the next four days. After ready all of your comments, I'm excited to see how it can help me with my fitness and weight loss. I'll keep you posted!0

Just finished day 10, Level 1 this morning. In about 10 min, I'm going to get my day 3, Level 2 out of the way!!0

Finished Day 5 of Lvl 1 last night. Feeling pretty good. Its getting easier except for those push ups and side lunges...owie! I'm also down 5lbs this morning! So unexpected and really excited!0

D6 lvl 1 done last night. Feeling really good. Not really sore. I'm going to try to make in harder tonight. I've also lost 3lbs. Very excited! I need to take some photos to stay motivated!0

Level 1 day 2 done...missed yesterday because I was so busy all day and then had drinks with dinner and wasnt too coordinated, lol
I'm glad pushups are in the beginning, upper body strength is not good!0 -
I finished level 1 on sunday. Then I got sick. I never intended to take 3 days off. Its discouraging. Should I do a few more days of level 1 to get myself back in shape after being sick? Or get right to level 2?0

If you feel 100% then give level two a try but listen to your body. With u just getting over a sickness there's no shame in scaling back. I'm soooo not looking forward to level 2 so good luck!0 -

I did level 2, day 1 and felt fine!!! I was afraid. It didnt hurt as much but thats what I thought on level 1. then by day 3 i wanted to quit. Keep going. we can do this!!!0

Yeah, I did day three yesterday and woke up more sore than day one and two combined. Not sure how I'm going to get through today's workout but I'll give it a go anyways.. Ugh! Hate being sore....0
