Thanks for posting this. I have been obsessive about weighing in every morning. But I see the fluctuations and get discouraged. I'm glad I'm not alone. Perhaps a weekly weigh in is more useful?

If I don't log I fear that will become a habit - busy stressful days go without being logged. Christmas and boxing days are stressful and sad for me as I lost my big sister 7 yrs ago. Emotional eating will be my biggest problem to overcome.
