cucumbers are awesome for snacks!! I use 100g cucumber, half a tomato and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened yoghurt with some salt and pepper and dried herbs.. came to 61 calories and is just what i needed to get me through to dinner time

just made it! I used vanilla flavour yoghurt so skipped the sugar and vanilla essence!! So Good!!

Last day of level 2 today!! bring on tomorrow!!

was suppose to be finished level 2 by the end of this week but am now sick so it's going to put me behind a bit :(

In the oven now! I used a cup to get round scones and managed to get 14 out of a batch, makes them under 100 calories each :)

Everyone says that! I'm only at day 4 level 2, I have lost so much motivation because I just don't enjoy it.

Level 2 Day 1 complete! that was hard!! and for the record I HATE PLANKS!

Day 10 done!! Can't decide if I am nervous or excited for level 2 tomorrow, I see a lot of people not liking it.

Day 9 Today, Took a couple days off because I got sick and had no motivation to do anything. Hoping my days off don't stunt my progress too much :/

So I just completed Day 7, the issue I'm having though is that I only have my Zumba toning sticks to use as weights, but they don't seem to be doing much, and cant really afford to go out and buy anything heavier. Have you got any ideas of household items that I could use instead?

Day 4 done made it through all of the bicycle crunches!!

Day three done, still burns but pushing through it. I see all talking about the weights you use, all I have are my Zumba toning sticks, do you think this is alright or should I invest in something heavier?

I've never heard of this before (maybe because I live in New Zealand) but just youtubed it and think I will start today. So pretty much do you do each level 10 times? is that right?
