I have 4 and understand the struggle! I wake up earlier to get a workout in or walk my 2 yr old to sleep in the evenings. With food keep it simple. Protien helps keep my tummy full and pre packaged frozen meals help when Im starving or in a rush. you can friend me so you can view my meals. GOOD LUCK!

I too am a big beer drinker. Excercise more and save calories for the beer! It may take a little longer but I have done it so far.........64 lbs! You can too!

As long as you use your common since, as it seems you are you should be fine. As you log your food you will be able to see what foods are more helpful to you and what foods are not. For me its cheese, its also my favorite food! You will figure yours out as the weeks go on. BEST WISHES!!!:flowerforyou:

Those are awesome goals! You will accomplish!!! :flowerforyou: I'm rootin for you all! My goals are less challenging but I plan to add a 100 squats a day with my workouts & 3 days strength training. I think I can, I think I can! ; )

It is TOUGH! it took me 2 wks to really get used to it...............some days are easier than others. I have 4 kids and in order to get my excercise in I have to wake up at 4-430. It took a few weeks to get used to it but now I cant live without it. When I do go without I have NO energy. BEST WISHES TO YOU!

I have a 1yr, 4yr, 9yr and 14yr. I have had to get up earlier (4am) to start my day to get any excercise. Its NOT easy but it has worked for me. Best of luck!
