Definitely not new but am dealing with a new obstical & looking for buddies who face the same or similar challenge. Anyone trying to loose weight with lupus or other autoimmune?
Mom of 4, must I say more! Really want to lose these last 30-35 lbs but my consumption of choice drinks, (even though low cal ),is really holding me back. I would love to support others as well as get support.
