Hi there! Wouldnt mind a little more support myself. I have 53lbs to lose and right now my main focus is to get down to 160 for my April vacation. 33lbs I have been doing this on my own for the most part and am still truing to figure out the site. With 4 kids I havent much time to explore:smile: Best wishes
