Can you open up your diary? I had the same problem, what I did was completely cut carbs for a day or two and eat a lot of protein, seems to kick start the weight loss to me, I add the carbs gradually afterwards and keep them in check,.

Try Soya beans in your cooking. Also for snacks, get walnuts, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and they are a great source. You can try kidney beans(rajma), black beans for cooking. Oh, if you like edamame, that a good source too

Agreed. I had a problem being a morning person I was able to change it because I forced myself go to bed at 9. It takes a week or so but once your body gets adjusted you'll feel a whole lot energetic. I suggest also having a early dinner say before 7 PM , if after 7 PM try to eat light. That has helped too. I hit a similar situation a few months ago, and was able to come out of it with the below changes 1. Sleep: Get 6-8 hours of continous sleep preferrably between the same hours everyday 2. I am in the same boat (20 min walk to work). One day I used my HRM to measure the calories burned and used that as a ballpark to log everyday.

Are you stretching enough after the workout? Make sure the body is nicely warmed up before exercising and stretch all your muscle groups after exercise. This is will help avoid or reduce soreness.

Do more exercise. Try to burn at least 500-600 calories a day so that it gives you a nice cushion on your daily diet.. You dont have to starve then
