I hear ya. It's no fun for sure. I'm dealing with it now too. Damn PMS has me feeling like I've gained a ton but I know it's all just water...it'll fall off when it's over.

I usually drink a cup or two during my work day. For me, it does seem to suppress my appetite some. I wouldn't say a lot though. If I'm craving something sweet and don't have fruit handy, I'll grab a cup of green tea with a packet of Splenda or Stevia and I'm good to go!

I lost 115 from Jan 2011 to June 2012. I put 35lbs back on over the last year, because I got lazy and now I'm working hard to get it back off.

Yep, I'm at a desk all day too and the exercise ball/standing work stations are not an option. I've had this same thing happen. I scanned a can of corn the other day and it came up pinto beans! In cases where the UPC scans incorrectly, I log on to MFP on my computer and find the product using the search feature and verify the nutrition contents.

I do this too only I use 3 whole chicken breasts, a packet of taco seasoning and a jar of salsa. YUM!

I'll be 41 in September, but people who meet me for the first time think I'm in my early/mid 30's. If I put my hair up in a ponytail, I get carded at restaurants/bars for beer. I have about 40lbs to go till my goal weight.
