After 20 years of failure I have learned that anything with the word "diet" in it does not work. Good luck to you though.

I precook all of my meals for the week on Sunday including lunches and dinners. I cook Turkey Lasagna which freezes and divides perfectly, Baked chicken, Turkey Taco's, Turkey Meatloaf, Grilled Chicken strips with veggies, etc. I get to have a different lunch everyday with no sodium and no regrets. I a;lso have more time…

Getting enough sleep is very important. It can hurt you if you don't.
-
bump...gonna try these this weekend
-
I went through a bad one for 4 weeks. I never eat over 1200 cals and just stuck through it. I know it is no magic solution but it finally started moving again in full force.
-
I would only eat them once in awhile. Definately do not make them a regular part of your meals. The sodium will sabotage you.

I am in the snow belt right off the lake in NW Indiana and we are getting lake effect on top of the blizzard. I have about 36 inches right now, 6 foot drifts and we are still in white out conditions. ARGH

You need to stay away from the processed foods. I know they are convienient but they will hurt you. I cook all my meals on Sundays now so I always have home cooked lunches with NO salt in them.
-
Same thing happens to me and I was told it was my shoes...got new crosstrainers and it went away.
-
I take healthy sandwiches, fruit, veggies and grilled chicken. Processed foods have way too much sodium. AS soon as I quit eating them I lost a bunch of weight.
-
I NEVER eat them. I know allot of people will tell you to eat them but I don't and have had huge success.
-
I am starting to get there. I now look at foods I used to eat and cringe at them. I think that is when you know you are getting there.
-
you can do it...just pick what is important to you.

As long as you drink plenty of water and stay hydrated you can do anything you want.

We are getting 28 inches today where I live....going to burn allot of extra calories today shoveling snow. LOL

You want to eat often. I also get up at 4. This is what I do and it works! I have a bowl of cereal at 5, a packet of oatmeal at 8:30, a banana at 10:30, lunch at 12:30, a granola bar at 2:00, an apple at 4:00. Then I get home and work out until about 6:30 and then make dinner around 7:00. I am never hungry, metabolism is…

I use the no yolks pasta. You really feel like you are getting more for less that way.

yep...hubby is not pleased with the girls going away but LOVES my new look. We are going out tonight and will be taking some new pictures. I will post before and afters this weekend sometime. I have even inspired people at work to join a gym and eat right now. It is too funny.

you are gaining muscle from the weights. Also...for weight loss you need to up your cardio to 45-60 minutes 6 days a week for the best results.
-
You need to do some weight training to tone up. Light weights with higher reps work good for toning and wont give yoiu bulky muscle. Good luck.
-
Thank you all for the great exercises. I am not trying to spot loose fat...just start toning the right places. I will give these a try tonight after my cardio.
