Hi. I went to the Dr. last Monday, and discovered that I am 100 pounds over weight. SHOCKING, considering just 5 years ago I was running 1/2 Marathons. I am looking forward to making slow and steady changes for the better.

I'm here for the 4th time. I always check in 10 pounds fatter than the last check in. This time, I will not weigh in for 2 weeks. Started 3 days ago. Hungry.

I find that the issue with alcohal is the more i drink, the more I eat. So, rule of thumb is restrict myself to 150 calories a day in alcohal and eat before I drink. Good luck!
