  • I've done 2 halves and am doing my first full marathon in September... It does feel overwhelming doesn't it?! I've only been training 'officially' for two weeks and have already been losing more weight than I have in a long time so I wouldn't worry about that if I were you. Have a great run!

  • I just started as a dispatcher (for a much smaller service!) and I've been thinking about how easy it must be to gain weight doing this job. 12 hour shifts really leave you with very little time to do anything but sleep, eat and get ready for the next shift so exercise on those days is out... And nights sure don't leave…
