I agree with the comment above, it may well be water weight. Also if you find it hard to get to the gym during the winter why don't you try out workout videos? I hadn't considered inches before. I want to thank everyone though because I was feeling pretty down yesterday. I checked though and I lost about 4 inches off my waist. =) thanks everybody.

You don't need to eat the whole thing. Usually I will cut it in half or just have a spoonful to calm my cravings. It helps me not to cheat later on during the day. =)

Are you doing proper stretches before you begin your work out? It's probably that you have sustain an injury in your muscles because you've overworked them. I had the same problem with my knee until my mother yelled at me to stretch out first. Lol.
