Weak knee
I have been running six miles twice a week. I would like run even more but my left knee hurts really bad. I stretch before I run and while I run I stretch out my left leg to lessen the pain. Is there anything I can do to help my knee?

Mid-section
I carry a lot of my extra weight in my mid-section and was just wondering what else could help to reduce it apart from doing sit ups. Thanks =P

never thought i would be able to do it....
and yet here i am. I just weighed myself and i am so.. close to my goal weight. I never thought I could, I just said to myself "just get through today" and i would repeat the same thing the next day. I'm only 13 lbs away... I haven't been this weight since high school, =) if i can do this.. anyone can.

2 lbs a week
I've heard that this is the most you should be losing to lose weight the healthy way. Is there any suggestions on how I can achieve this? Do I eat more of my exercise calories back? Or do I have to work out three times a day?

Specific target areas
I know you can't specifically lose weight in one area. However I've noticed the most change in my legs and I'd just like it if my middle and upper body would follow. I've been doing weights lately to help out but I was just wondering if there is anything extra I can do?

for those of you who take protein bars and protein shakes
do they help you lose weight or is to bulk up? I'm barely eating them but I'm worried that I'll become bulky when I actually want to have lean muscle. Or do they just make you gain weight?

two weeks
Two weeks ago I got really sick. I haven't been able to work out since then because of the combination of having a fever and feeling constantly nauseous because of the medicines. Motivation?
I found it's always easy in the beginning to work out and eat right but after a couple of weeks it's becomes hard. How do you keep motivated?
