I just wanted to know if someone has already used Insanity dvds to work out? I just hit the plateau where I need to push myself more to lose weight. It's pretty pricey but I want to know if it's worth it. Any help? Also can someone recommend me a good heart rate monitor???? =D

biggest loser
I was just wondering if anyone else watches this show? I didn't even know it existed until the season where Shay appeared. I don't know I just felt inspired when I first watched it. They were just struggling with their weight and they were pushing their limits when they were never even an athlete to begin with.

I've been doing alot of Tae Bo exercises along with the dvds Jillian Michaels has let out. Though lately I've wanted to change it up with some aerobics. Does anyone know of any good aerobic dvds for begginers? I'm looking for one that should be about 45 minutes long.

Dissapointed
I've been on a healthy diet for the past three months and have only lost about 12 pounds. Not to mention that I've been working out 5-6 times a week and I haven't lost any more weight. Is this normal? What am I doing wrong?

carbs
I was wondering if eating too many carbs is really bad for you. I really don't know because I've never paid attention to it. I am taking in the correct number of calories but it says I'm going a little over on carbs.
