I have had insomnia for as long as i can remember i inherited it from my mother as she did from her.. and so on. I have never taken prescriptions mainly because they do more harm than solve anything. You just have to find what works for you. For example people thought my grandma was crazy for doing household chores at 12…

I was on it for almost two years and I gained aloooot of weight, I would say close to thirty pounds. I tried losing weight while on it but it was just stubborn. I would lose weight really slow and when I found out what it was I switched and started losing weight at a faster pace.

It could be that you are carrying alot of water weight? Try to keep you sodium intake low and drink lots of water. Also remember to measure your weight loss in inches and not in pounds, you will see more of a change there.=)

I know how you feel and I've given up countless times that way. But what I found out works for me is... I just shrug it off and keep going. I no longer give myself a time limit on how fast I'm suppose to be losing weight. Just take it a day at a time. Just drink lots of water, keep eating healthy and keep exercising.…

depends some days I'll just put lady gaga on, its so catchy! But when I'm training hard and need to push myself I seem to find that metal does the trick, it's loud and fast. It makes me want to ran as fast as the blast beats and it's loud so i can't think of "i'm tired" = D

was it because you were depressed? I used to be a emotional eater, mainly when I was stressed which I still am. It's just first you need to know why you keep falling off the wagon. When I finally realized that I was an emotional eater I would stop myself from reaching for those chocolates. I would instead go out for a…
