Completely agree. If I don't have stevia I just use sugar, I rather have that than chemicals.

I forget which celebrity made this comment but it went something like this; in Hollywood you are looked more down on for being overweight than to be a drug addict. I think it was Kelly Osbourne when she was telling her weight loss struggles and how she was ridiculed for being so overweight, not completely sure though.

We went to my husbands brothers house to have thanksgiving. I hate a small plate and just had pumpkin pie. When we went back home to eat with my family I only had a piece of patato cake with some wine and that was it. All in all I did great usually I eat three whole plates hahahaha.

I did it for a month and it really defined my legs. It's no easy task if you are a beginner so I would recommend doing it three times a week to give your body time to relax. it's a dry cleaners with only five emplyees. But we dry clean for hotels, other dry cleaners, businesses and for regular walk in customers. I can't do the small snack idea because I have to be ironing and I can't do it over the clothes.
